After a frightening night with no heat, in 4 degree cold weather I was given this company a firm recommendation. Shane answered the call in a pleasant and reassuring voice. He was extremely prompt to arrive at my home. He was courteous and friendly, I felt safe having him in my home. He was very respectful of my home while here. He kept me informed of his findings and the costs. He stayed to assure that heat was maintained after he finished. The cost was far lower than I had feared. Shane came out on Sunday to diagnose the problem. Quickly identified the issue and was able to show me the problem using his camera, as well as provide me ample education on it. Ultimately, the furnace needed replaced – which everything I had read suggested the same. Pricing was very reasonable and he was able to get the replacement done timely – we have heat again! Honestly, I don’t trust 99% of home service providers but Shane truly is the 1% that’s honest and wants to help you. Super professional and responsive. This is a veteran owned business which is worth supporting – I won’t use any other heating and cooling company ever again, and can’t recommend this company enough.
