Before a decision could be made, James went on vacation, but still answered multiple phone calls from my sellers and the buyers concerning the roof. Janet Browning was supposed to list my house on August 1, and I had no idea how long this “new discovery” would delay that process. While I was able to get Biosweep out quickly to ascertain the minor mildew situation and remove wet drywall etc., I was not having any luck getting someone out quickly who could install a drain system to handle the new water leak issue brought on by our record rains this year. To my surprise, the crew actually arrived on 8/5 to start the job, and it was completed by the afternoon of August 6. Led by Matt Benninghaus, the crew was young, which concerned me….but it was a misplaced concern. They were diligent, tidy, polite, and fast. They took time to explain the process to me along the way, they honored small requests I made, and they could not have more professionally completed a very messy job. Once the drywall is repaired and carpet laid this week, Janet will be able to list the house a mere two weeks later than expected.
